The International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) is an annual film festival. The festival offers a window to the world, presenting a quirky and world-famous selection of recent new films and film-related visual arts. IFFR has no overall theme. However, there are several programme sections that recur every year, such as the Tiger Competitions for long and short films, Bright Future for upcoming filmmakers with first and second film projects, Spectrum and Signals.
